Return Policy

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day of delivery without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. If you return the entire order or selected products of the order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. Only the return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense. These costs amount to €3,50 per package.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to examine the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure it is properly packaged for return shipping.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@saballo.com. After your return request is submitted, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and a return label. The product must be returned within 14 days of your return notification. Proof of shipment is your responsibility.

Refunds
Once you have canceled your order, we will refund the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs paid, within 14 days of your return notification. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the product or you have provided evidence that you have returned it.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to a different method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
