Order Processing:
We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of placement.
Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed, we aim for delivery within 1–2 business days.
All orders are shipped via PostNL from our warehouse in the Netherlands at Kotterweg 12, 6222 NR Maastricht, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a PostNL tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of two or more items in a single transaction.
- Shipping Costs for a Single Item: For orders of only one item, a flat fee of €3.50 applies.
Delayed Deliveries:
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we make every effort to prevent delays, we are not liable for delivery issues caused by third parties. Of course, we will always do our best to assist you as quickly and effectively as possible if a delay occurs.
